Hello! Is it compatible with the 3.1.6 version of appthemes? what are your update policy? Do you pay for updates or will you be updating the theme every time appthemes updates?

No it is not compatible with 3.1.6… it is clearly mentioned!
Update policy? If you like us to make the update for the new 3.1.6 (or even future) ClassiPress updates that will be simply quoted hourly.
